General Information

Yes. Every Toolszu tool — PDF tools, image converters, SEO utilities, developer tools and more — is free to use, forever. Optional Starter and Pro plans only remove ads and raise usage limits; no tool is locked behind a paywall.
No account is required for our web tools. You can upload, process, and download files instantly as a guest. An account is only needed if you buy a Starter or Pro plan, or build a personalized profile with Toolszu Biolink.
Yes, to keep the service fast and fair for everyone, some server-based tools have file-size and daily limits — for example most PDF converters accept files up to 25–50 MB. The exact limit is shown on each tool. Toolszu Pro raises these limits (files up to 100 MB, more pages and more daily uses).
Toolszu is completely platform-independent. It works inside any modern web browser across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS devices.

Plans, Account & Billing

Toolszu Starter removes all ads and ad-blocker messages. Toolszu Pro includes everything in Starter plus higher limits on Pro tools: bigger files, more pages and more daily uses on the PDF Editor, PDF converters, Verify PDF Signature, Website SEO Checker and Page Speed Checker. Sign in with your email — we send you a 6-digit code — or with your Google account. There is no password to remember.
No. Every plan is a one-time payment for a month or a year. We email you before it ends, and you can renew with one click. You are never charged without asking.
Yes. Pro starts right away and runs for the full month or year you buy. Any remaining Starter time is not carried over or refunded, so upgrading near the end of your Starter plan gives the best value.
In India you pay in ₹ with UPI, cards, net banking or wallets through Razorpay. Outside India you pay in $ with PayPal or a card through PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Sign in and open My Account → Billing. Every payment has a receipt you can view, print or save as PDF.
Pro limits apply when you are signed in on toolszu.com. Make sure you are signed in with the email you used to buy, then reload the tool page. If it still shows free limits, contact support with your receipt number.
Every tool can be tried for free before you buy, so payments are final. We give a full refund if you were charged twice, your plan was not activated, or a technical problem on our side stops a paid feature from working and we cannot fix it. Ask within 7 days of payment. Read the full Refund Policy.
Yes. Open My Account and choose Delete account. Payment records are kept only as long as the law requires.

Security, Privacy & File Safety

Yes. All file transfers are secured with SSL encryption (HTTPS). Many tools work entirely in your browser, so the file never leaves your device. Files uploaded for conversion or compression are processed on isolated, secure servers and are automatically and permanently deleted shortly after processing.
No. File processing is 100% automated. We never inspect, keep or share your files with any third parties — files processed on our servers are deleted automatically shortly after processing.
No. Text generated via our AI tools, password generators, or code tools is processed live and never saved in our database. Once you close or refresh the page, the generated data is gone.

Toolszu Biolink (Creator Suite)

No, Toolszu takes 0% transaction fees. You keep 100% of the money you earn through tips, digital product sales, or direct links on your Biolink page.
Yes. Toolszu Biolink is freemium: the free plan lets you build and publish your link-in-bio page with audience analytics included. Biolink Pro and Biolink Business are optional paid plans that unlock advanced customization and extra features. You can start free and upgrade any time.
Yes. The free plan includes customization so your page matches your brand. Biolink Pro and Business add advanced design options. If you later downgrade or return to the free plan, premium customizations are switched off. See our Refund Policy for Biolink plan terms.

Troubleshooting & Support

Conversions typically fail if a file is password-protected, corrupted, or exceeds the maximum file size limit. Please ensure your file is unlocked and uncorrupted, then try again.
Please try clearing your browser cache or disabling aggressive ad-blockers, as they can sometimes interfere with online processing scripts.
