Welcome to Toolszu! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, tools, Toolszu Biolink, and the optional Toolszu Starter and Pro plans.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Do not continue to use Toolszu if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Our Services

Toolszu offers free online tools (PDF, image, SEO, developer, AI and more), Toolszu Biolink, and optional paid plans. Free tools can be used without an account, within fair daily limits. We may add, change or remove tools and features, and change free limits, at any time to keep the service fast and fair for everyone.

3. Accounts

• You can create an account by signing in with a one-time email code or with Google. An account is required to buy a plan.
• Use an email address you own and keep access to it — it is how you sign in and receive receipts.
• Your account and plan are personal. Do not share your login or let others use your plan.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed it.
• You can delete your account at any time from My Account.

4. Toolszu Starter & Pro Plans

• What you get: Starter removes ads across Toolszu. Pro removes ads and gives higher limits (such as bigger files, more pages and more daily uses) on the Pro tools listed on the Pricing page. Pro limits are applied when you are signed in.
• Prepaid, no auto-renew: each payment buys a fixed period (one month or one year) that starts when the payment succeeds. Plans never renew automatically — we remind you by email before your plan ends. Buying again before the end date adds the new time to your current end date.
• Prices and taxes: prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) or US Dollars ($). Where GST applies, it is included in the price shown. Changes to prices do not affect time you have already paid for.
• Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay (₹) and PayPal ($) under their own terms. We do not see or store your card, UPI or PayPal login details.
• Coupons: coupon codes have their own conditions (plans, dates, number of uses), can't be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Refunds: payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Fair use: higher limits are for normal personal or business use by one person, not for reselling, automated bulk processing or running another service on top of Toolszu.

5. Your Files and Content

You keep all rights to the files, text and content you process with Toolszu. You give us permission to process them only to provide the tool you chose. You must have the right to use any file you upload, and you must not upload unlawful content. Files processed on our servers are deleted automatically, so please keep your own copies.

6. User Responsibilities & Fair Use

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Publishing any Website material in any other media without credit.
• Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material.
• Publicly performing and/or showing any Website material.
• Using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website.
• Using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website.
• Using bots, scripts or other automated means to use the tools, or trying to get around daily limits, security checks or Pro limits.
• Uploading malware, or files or content that are illegal, infringing or harmful.
• Using the website checkers or any tool to attack, overload or scan systems you do not own or have permission to test.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Toolszu and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Toolszu for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Toolszu's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. We do not guarantee that tools will be error-free or always available. See also our Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Toolszu is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, files, profits or business, arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may limit, suspend or close an account, or end a plan without refund, if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, if we detect fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why by email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal. Before going to court, please contact us — most issues can be solved quickly by email.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. By continuing to use Toolszu after a change, you accept the updated terms. Changes never reduce the plan time you have already paid for.
